During September and October, we give the rooms away for FREE and you only pay for the surf program
A room with double occupancy (or more) gets the room for free and the 7 night price is $910 p/p with beginner or $1028 p/p with Intermediate or Advanced tours.
A room with single occupancy gets a heavy, 30% discount off the regular season rates. Return guests get a whopping 35% off! If you’re coming as a solo traveler, you can get the shared room for the free room fall rate.
The only room you need triple occupancy to get for free is the Penthouse (fair warning)
What's the weather REALLY like?
Green Season in Tamarindo is one of our favorite times. Yes, it will rain, sometimes a thunderstorm every day. But it’s unpredictable. Some years, it’s really wet. Some years it’s blue skies all day. It’s a crap shoot each year in all honestly. Check out another blog, How Rainy is Rainy Season to get some hard numbers on the wet months in Costa Rica. Here’s what we do know: the south swell will be consistent and the line-ups will be uncrowded, all the flowers and plants will be in full glorious bloom, the temperature will still be tropical, the town will be mellow, the staff will be even more tranquilo than usual, airline rates will be at their lowest, and you can have a surf vacation in Costa Rica for chump change.

Let us know if you have specific dates or are flexible along with how many guests on your trip. We will give you the very best room options for your dates. Once you’ve landed on your dates and have picked the room, we do a 50% deposit to confirm your spot and the final 50% is due one month prior to arrival.
