Our new sister resort, Volcano Brewing Company in Arenal Lake, Costa Rica, is seeking two hotel managers, (married couples with proper experience considered) for Costa Rica’s only Microbrewery Hotel, which is located in the stunningly beautiful Volcano Region of Lake Arenal.

Our current managers, a married couple, are moving back to England. They have done a wonderful job, we will miss them, and they are leaving big shoes to fill. If you are committed to living in the Arenal Region and have the right experience, this could be a dream job.

Job Requirements:

• Fluently bilingual in both Spanish and English
• Management experience in Hospitality: Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Tours
• Warm, outgoing and friendly personality
• Highly organized and self motivated
• Flexible, easygoing, able to multi-task quickly, but calmly

The Ideal candidate would also have:

• Chef/Kitchen Management Experience.
• Experience with Beer and Microbreweries a plus.
• Costa Rican Citizen or Residency
• Local Knowledge of the Arenal Region
• Windsurfing, Kiteboarding, and/or other Sailing Experience
• A love for the outdoors

Volcano Brewing Company en el Lago Arenal, Costa Rica requiere los servicios de dos Gerentes, (un matrimonio con experiencia es una consideración) para el único Hotel MicroCervecero de Costa Rica, el cual se encuentra en la bellísima zona del Volcán Arenal y situado frente al majestuoso Lago Arenal .

Nuestros actuales Gerentes, un matrimonio, se mudan a Inglaterra. Ellos han realizado un increíble trabajo y definitivamente los vamos a extrañar, pero dejan una gran oportunidad para quien quiera estar en su lugar. Si usted tiene la disposición de vivir en la zona del Arenal y tiene la experiencia requerida, este puede ser el trabajo de su vida.

Requisitos Laborales:

• Dominio del los idiomas Inglés y Español (oral y escrito.)
• Experiencia en Gerencia Hotelera: Bar y Restaurante, División Cuartos y Actividades Recreativas.
• Personalidad sociable, cálida e iniciativa, cordial, extrovertido y emprendedor.
• Altamente organizado y con mucha motivación.
• Accesible, llevadero, capaz de realizar al mismo tiempo múltiples tareas efectivamente, pero calmo.
• Responsable.

El candidato ideal también deberá tener:

• Experiencia en el Manejo de Alimentos y Bebidas (Chefs y Cocina)
• Experiencia en Cervecería y/o MicroCerveceria es una ventaja.
• Ser Costarricense o tener Residencia.
• Conocimiento del Área que comprende Zona del Volcan y Lago Arenal.
• Conocimiento de las actividades que se desarrollan en la zona: Windsurfing, Kiteboarding y/o cualquier experiencia en navegación, pesca y actividades acuáticas.
• Ser un amante de la naturaleza y del aire libre.
