Experienced Sushi Chef
Witch’s Rock Surf Camp in Playa Tamarindo has an immediate opening for an experienced sushi chef.
Applicants must have at least 2 – 3 years prior experience in a busy sushi restaurant and be familiar with all aspects of technique and the ingredients used in the creation of fine sushi.
The successful applicant will be trained in how to prepare the items on our existing sushi menu and will be expected to be competent in the creation of new menu items.
The role comes with a competitive salary along with a bonus and the opportunity to join a large fun team on the beach in one of Tamarindo’s busiest restaurants.
Spanish is necessary and English is an advantage although not essential.
This role is only open to those who are residents of Costa Rica and can legally work in the country under employment law.

Witch’s Rock Surf Camp en Playa Tamarindo tiene una posición vacante para un chef de sushi con experiencia.
Interesados en el puesto deben tener 2-3 años de experiencia en algún restaurante de sushi competitivo y estar familiarizado con todos los aspectos relacionados con la técnica y los ingredientes usados en la producción de sushi de alta calidad.
El rol de trabajo incluye un salario competitivo con un incentivo adicional y la oportunidad de unirse a uno de los equipos de trabajo mas grande y divertido, en uno de los restaurantes mas ocupados de Playa Tamarindo.
El idioma español es necesario y el ingles opcional, no obligatorio. Ademas, se requiere que la vacante sea ocupada por una persona que sea residente de Costa Rica y pueda trabajar legalmente bajo las leyes de trabajo del pais.
