Playa Grande (Las Palmeras) Morning

Grande this morning was good.  Arrived around 8 and saw some bombs roll through right off the bat but things settled down to a nice and consistent chest high left with a right hander coming on a little bit later.  We did see the occasional head high set but that was rare and when they did come through they were mainly close-outs.

Winds were steady offshore and conditions stayed glassy until about 11am when the wind began to switch onshore.  Waves began to crumble after that but there were still some good rides.

Tamarindo- Evening

They sunset session was pretty good in spite of a mild cross-shore wind.  Waves were mainly in the chest to shoulder high range with most of the bigger sets closing out.

For the next couple of days we should see waves in the chest high range but with onshore winds in the afternoon.  Saturday early morning is looking like the best time for decent conditions in the water with things staying choppy from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning.

High Tide for Saturday will be at 7:53am/8:17pm

Low Tide at 1:32am/1:54pm

Time of Post 6:57pm Local Time.
