Surf Report for Sunday, April 10th 2011 (Afternoon/Evening)

Tamarindo

Nice day today all be it on the smaller side.  Late morning into early afternoon we still had some chest high sets rolling through but as the day wore on the swell petered out.  By sunset everything was coming in mostly waist high.  Winds were mostly side shore for the afternoon with varying degrees of intensity.  Water was warm all day with choppy conditions creeping in early in the afternoon and smoothing out only slightly by sunset.

For Monday we´ll be seeing a pretty significant drop in swell with the standard clean and offshore in the A.M. with side shore/onshore and fair to choppy in the P.M.  The swell will continue to drop throughout the day starting shoulder high at 6am and ending up around waist high by 6pm.  A little extra incentive to get out early tomorrow.

High Tides for Monday will be at 8:01am/8:22pm

with Low Tide at 1:38am/2:01pm

Time of Post 6:43pm Local Time.
