WIND CONDITIONS: Glassy-Soft Offshore
SURF DETAILS: The swell arrive to Tamarindo and make great conditions to surf. The wind was Glassy early in the morning and change to soft offshore, the waves were open and good rides at the river mouth (left and right) and good right at Pico Grande.
