I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the activity of Surfing and or any other watersport, and I am aware that such activities include the risk of injury and even death. I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activities, knowing that the activities may be hazardous to my property and me. I understand that Witch’s Rock Surf Camp does not require me to participate in this activity. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result-of being engaged in such activities. It is my express intent that this Waiver and agreement holds harmless Witch’s Rock Surf Camp or it’s employees from any liability or lawsuit as a result of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or as a result of my actions, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of me being engaged in such activities. Witch’s Rock boat trips are handled using a contract vendor for guide and boat services. We strive to accommodate our guests with the safest most affordable vendor available. These vendors are selected because of excellent safety records, customer service, crew and captain expertise and knowledge of area waters. We are dedicated to assisting as a mediator for our guests if problems arise. We cannot be responsible for failure of service via a vendor that is beyond our control. All vendors maintain their own liability insurance as well as wavers for services.

Check in time: 2pm / Check out time: 11am.
100% Smoke free: no smoking is allowed in the rooms and a $200 fee for cleaning will be assed for any violation of our no smoking on.
Safes: Witch’s Rock Hotel takes no responsibility for theft of personal belongings on our property. We highly suggest you keep all of your valuables in the room safes and do not leave valuables unattended in public spaces. Front desk can help you to open your safes anytime between 6am and 10pm.
ROOM KEYS: Room keys are issued to the registered guest(s) only. If you have lost your key, there is a charge of $10 per key. Please return room keys to Front Desk at Check-out.
VISITORS: No visitors after 10:00 p.m. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities such as breakfast. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY You are liable for any damage caused (whether deliberate, negligence, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Witch’s Rock Surf Camp reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented during the reservation process and charge the credit /debit card with the amounts necessary to compensate the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Witch’s Rock Surf Camp as a result of the aforementioned. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and by signing this registration you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT: Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.
DAMAGE TO ROOM: Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING: Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, sunscreen, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article. Please note that we do not provide beach towels, hence, bath towels should not leave the room. Extra charge for lost towels is $15 per towel.
