Who is Andrea Diaz?
Learn from the best female surfer in Costa Rica. Starting in the 1990’s as one of the pioneering female surfers in Latin America, Andrea was beating her male and female competitors. She was crowned as the Women’s National Champion in 1999. Diaz competed for and traveled with Roxy for the ten years following her win and has recently represented Costa Rica in the International Surfing Association Master’s Division. Her passion is to empower women through surfing and adventure.

Stay in our relaxed sister location, Pueblo Dorado Surf Hotel, 3 min walking down the street. Enjoy the large pool and a mellow atmosphere for full decompression. Witch’s Rock Surf Camp is just 3 minutes walking down the street so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
Surfing with work muscles that you never even knew you had… Andrea will walk you through the best yoga sequences and poses to aid in surf strength and balance. She will also introduce her favorite surf conditioning routines for endurance and quick recovery.
After a day on the water, you will love the convenience of our on-site masseuse. Scheduled whenever you need.
You will take a quick break from surfing mid week to do something different. Choose between a sunset catamaran tour with food , drinks, and snorkeling. Or an all-day volcano tour to Rincon de la Vieja with hiking, horse-back riding, hot springs, zip lining, and more!
This isn’t your normal free breakfast.
Choose from anything on the breakfast menu in our beachfront restaurant Eat at Joe’s. Prepare for your big day of surfing with large portions of tasty beach grinds.
Enjoy unlimited use of surfboards throughout your entire week, not just during surf lessons. Our board cages is stacked with over 250 boards. We have soft-top boards for absolute beginners and fiberglass boards for high-level beginners
We provide free airport transportation
to and from the Liberia International Airport in our air conditioned vans. It’s as simple as giving us your flight information at the time of booking. We’ll send one of our drivers to pick you up and bring you right to camp.
