Hi Shawna,
I’ll chime in as well and add that as a first time visitor, I was extremely impressed with the operation. As Andy has already said, we had a great time and your staff was the major reason for that. I’ve already told friends and family about the trip and hope to get a group down there in the next few months. You and I spent more time together than you probably would have liked, but I really do appreciate you taking the time to explain things to me and hear me out. I’ll be posting to Trip advisor soon letting everyone out there know that the posters with the negative experiences clearly have their own personal issues as there is no way that the service I experienced could be cast in a negative light.
We had a great time and I hope to have many more similar trips.
