There are few moments in surfing that are as special as receiving your own custom made, hand-shaped surfboard. And when that board is shaped by the living legend Robert August right here on the beach in Tamarindo, well that’s just priceless!
This past June we decided to give this awesome gift away to one of the people who booked during that month. To select the winner, we put all of the names in a hat and had our lovely team member Liz close her eyes and pull one out. The lucky winner was Mr. Gary Wnorowski, and Gary picked up his board this week directly from the hands of Mr. Robert August himself.
